CQ Wrestling
CQ Wrestling (formerly Chappaqua Wrestling) is an indie / alternative band formed in late 2017 by songwriters Charlie Woods & Jake Mac. Originally from Manchester, they later moved south, growing their lineup and sound while gaining attention from BBC DJs and earning sessions at both Abbey Road and Maida Vale Studios.
When they played at The Bread & Roses for their name-change launch, 48k Audio came on board to ensure the night was powered properly live-band energy, mic hire, lights, and mixing all dialled in.
The event marked a new chapter: new name, new material, same raw intensity. From their gritty guitar riffs to soaring choruses, CQ Wrestling proved a live band you feel as much as you hear all supported by a setup that let them shine on stage and connect with the crowd.
